Something I've been playing with for a while now, and I think I might almost have it sussed... using Photoshop CS4 and Pano2VR

Fantastic kevster I like that panorama well done.

What you think of CS4? Did you have CS3 prior to it?

CS4 does the job.... Didn't have CS3 before so can't compare it. For most things though, Elements is perfectly adequate.

I couldn't really justify the cost of getting CS4, but then found that Adobe do a 'student' price - same package but a lot cheaper. All I had to do was email proof that the daughter was in full time education. Saved about 2/3 of the price IIRC

Hey that sounds great kevster, just trying to justify the price at the moment but you have certainly done well with that nice little package.

Slowly getting the hang of this now. Here's one from Niarbyl today.

Improved versions of the original Fort Island post ...

http://www.luff.org.uk/mf/Fort-Island-2.html

The main problem at the moment is getting the two ends of the panorama to stitch together seamlessly. The Niarbyl picture has it almost perfect, but can't get these two right. That might be down to the wind blowing the kit around though

Bit mor on the panoramas - This one of Lonan Old Church should start panning automatically and somewhere on the picture you will see a little photographer... click on him and the view will change so it seems you are seeing it from his position.

All my other panoramas - which may not autostart - are at http://www.luff.org.uk/pans/panoramas.html
