The leaves are falling fast now, and with the colder weather coming, pond temperature is down to 10°C, the smaller birds are resorting to our garden feeders more often. We're down to filling them every 2nd/3rd day at the moment as we progress towards what will become winter's daily ritual :interesting:

I saw him down Pooil Vaaish farm a few weeks ago flitting around near the little stream, ment to look him up, but forgot about it till now.

Yes, we're pleased with the results too. Wanted to get a long lens for wildlife so I read every review I could find Canon v Sigma, browsed every wildlife site I could "google" looking at the equipment being used to try and decide which way to go. Decision was made for me when the 50-500 and its "little brother" the 70-200 f2 were advertised on manx.net classifieds. Got both + x2 extender thrown in at a very good price :o :D
