Great pictures. Spent hours looking through them, you have a good collection. My ancestors came from Surby, so I've been trying to find some pictures of Surby and it's houses, but there's not many I can find. I found a picture of Surby Post Office but it looks deserted, is it still a Post Office? Then I wondered why there's no pictures taken from the top of the Tower overlooking Port Erin? Seems it would be a really good place to take photos of all around the Isle, and out to sea. I read that the tower is the shape of a key, but I have never seen an aerial shot looking down on it to show it's shape. There's lots of long distance pictures of the tower, but none close-up, and inside, and I wondered why.

I will be traveling to Isle of Man late June and early July. Looking forward to exploring the isle. I am a descendant of Christians and will be excited to see the Milntown House as there is plenty to know about that.
This site has been interesting and looks like a lot to learn about our trip before the time arrives.
